Fillin' Up on Food & Fun!
The name "Othie" came from the mother of the owner, as a child her brothers and sisters could not say "Ophelia" so they called her "Othie". The name kind of stuck, now it is on the front of the building. Ophelia is 81 years young and cooks at lunch everyday.
